It's a shame that some appointees of the Akuffo Addo government are ietting him down. On what basis was the interest charges arrived at? Where is the patriotism of our Judges? A Judge like any student of law learns contract, tort, negotiation skills and some basic accounting principles. Some Judges have been quick to punish the little ones in our society, instead of helping to reform them. Laws are meant to be corrective guide lines and not a template for biased umpiring. Judges must seek the interest of Ghana and not allow rogue state agents to front for foreign interests to dupe Ghana. How much was the principal for carting the oil from Cape Three Point or wherever to Tema to have cost the nation $11 million lose per interest? Why is parliament not given oversight over the payment of such huge sums of money. a man gets appointed in less than four months and he was quick to sign off $3 million to a supposedly judgement debt. China will be watching how the $2 bn loan will be utilised. Akuffo Addo corruption in your government is surpassing the rogue Mahama regime. Wake up and jail thieves in your 111 govefoment team. Foon, fooon, asked ye b3a oh. Abah!!!.
