I have said it, and I will say it again, no home grown Ghanaian leader has the mental acuity or intellectual capacity to transform the economy of the country. From JJ Rawlings (19) years; JA Kufour (8) years; Atta Mills (3) years; JD Mahama (1) year; now Akufo-Addo, all home grown local leaders. The proof is for the eye to see.

If Ghanaians want a transformation leader like Paul Kagame of Rwanda, they should look to the diaspora and find a Ghanaian who has lived and worked extensively in abroad. We all know how Kwame Nkrumah fought for our independence and set the foundation for economic growth not with phds, but veranda boys.

Until Ghanaians find and vote for that transformational leader in the diaspora they must as well kiss the economy goodbye. Because the home grown leaders have no brains to do it.
