WHAT PERCENTAGE OF CONTRACTS ? It's not enough to just give total approved contracts out of total requested. You have to tell us the total number of contracts awarded by the NDC within the period and tell us percentage of sole-sourced ones. And do same for

How many contracts have you awarded? Let us know how many contracts you have awarded in total regardless of the form of procurement this year, find the percentage of the ones solely sourced, and compare that to 2016. Hypocrisy in this country is just too much. Y
