I don't understand some people who claim to be intellectuals. The woman a deputy to the retired CID boss and what's wrong for her to take over in acting position until a substantive is appointed. Is that not the normal thing in the civil n public service. And what am I hearing from the so-called intellectuals. Has the woman been promoted. Do you call that promotion.
