The actions of Afriyie Ankrah and the management team caused the boys to perfom poorly. Kwasi Appiah is the only Stars coach who inflicted the heaviest defeat Ghana has ever chalked over Egypt (6-1).
Akwasi's exit was more political than performance. NDC politicized everything in Ghana. Supporters were picked from party members. They even wanted to select players on party lines. Thank God these nation wreckers are history.

In our first W/C appearance in 2006,we qualified from a very tough group with relatively unknown players, in 2010 we we almost made it in to the semis, and in the end becoming only the third African country in history to make it to the quarter final stage, and rather in 2014, having our best legs at their peak, with almost all our players playing regularly for their respected clubs in Europe, and with some of the squad members having the experience of two WC under their belts already , we couldn't make it past the first round, neither did we win a single game, cuz of the weakling and tactically zero coach called akwesi appiah, and you say it wasn't a disaster? Then what exactly would you term a disaster? My brother, stop doing cheap drugs, cuz am sure you were high when typing this nonsense
