Prof. Adei you must be on something I think Prof. Adei had pito mixed with Akpeteshie before opening his mouth. Who are the excellent ministers? Dr. Frimpong Boateng could be an excellent cardio thoracic surgeon but when it comes to management, he is hopeless.
