The basic truth is that the govt is playing propaganda about the power crisis by sending a strong warning signal to the EXG Boss not to communicate to the ppl loadshedding is back. Conditions entailed is that if he want to save his job then he should remain silent but if he wnt to loose his job then he should go ahead and inform the ppl.
