One thing is also clear beyond reasonable doubt that Mallam Issah stole USD 46,000 and that is an ex-convict, Period! If he steals again under a Nana-Addos administration, he will be jailed again. Nana will not tolerate any such thievery. And Ghana will be better for it! Nana all the way! Thief
