We have widespread unemployment, extreme corruption in the body politic to day 2017, more than any other year.

In a country where it is a crime to fight crime, in a country where honesty is not cherished and most people hate the truth while patriotism is on its sick bed, we must give President Akuffo Addo the benefit of the doubt and let him show his ability to transform the lives of all Ghanaians through good leadership and sound policies as well as good governance.

If the NDC leadership had told President Mahama the true situation of the foot soldiers of the NDC on the ground, things would have been very different on 7th December 2016.

Most NDC MP’s lost their seats – why? It was those same mps and most government appointees whose greed and sheer arrogance cost the NDC in 2016 since most NDC members simply refused to vote.

That humiliating defeat of a ruling government that was voted out with a margin of one million and two hundred votes, for the first time in the history of this country showed that most Ghanaians are more discerning than what politicians believe.

Through extreme greed, our party executives, government appointees and members of parliament succeeded in making president Mahama a ONE TERM PRESIDENT. Therefore, if President Akuffo Addo could even appoint 300 ministers to form his cabinet, there should be no huge and cry because if the NDC could do the job well by ensuring the economic well being of Ghanaians, it would have been retained.

If employment was created, it would have been retained, if high school fees were reduced, it would have been retained if the party foot soldiers were respected by its members of parliament, party leaders and government appointees, it would have been retained if the IMF had not ordered the government to freeze employment, it would have been retained and finally. If some government officials had not blocked ACCESS TO PREZ. MAHAMA which made it extremely difficult to see him at the Flagstaff House. Unless you pay money on the blind side of the president, it would have been retained, so what are some people taking about Prez. Akuffo Addo’s numerous ministers numbering 110?

JOBS FOR THE BOYS – C.D.D.

According to the Centre for Democratic Development the numerous appointments of the NPP is meant to create jobs for the boys who worked very hard to campaign for the party’s victory – Well said, but why not? It is very hard and extremely tedious to campaign for one’s party to win general elections. However, the NPP always take care of its supporters nationwide, but for the NDC, when it wins elections – that is the end until the next four years. So even if the NPP appoints 300 ministers – they can do far better since Ghana’s population is 26 millions plus.

This writer campaigned in the NDC door-to-door exercise from October 2016 to the end of November and I saw defeat starring the NDC in the face, but kept quiet because it was too late to do anything as the people had made up their minds that, THEY DON’T EAT PROJECTS, and the IMPATIENT YOUTH who form 70% of the population in Ghana wanted quick results.

As if that was not enough, the NDC government added insult to injury when it stated that the Nursing Trainee and Students Allowance would not be restored even if it meant VOTING OUT THE NDC and they actually voted out the NDC, because the student population is a very large constituency as they campaigned with their poor parents for the NPP but, who are you to cough in the NDC? For some of US-NO ONE WOULD LISTEN TO YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE A RAWLINGS BOY AS MOST PARTY EXECUTIVES AND EVEN GOVERNMENT APPOINTEES DOES NOT RESPECT? RAWLINGS IN THE PARTY because of the behaviour of his wife and his constant praises showed on Nana Akuffo Addo, the “Kume Preko” president. He has listed so many promises and these demand so many ministers to enable him accomplish the job without shouting his infamous battle cry “All-die-die again”. Lets help him to succeed because we all want “Free Education and not a lean Government”. Waati Anaa?
