NDC is a useless alternative – Lawyer Maurice Ampaw

Controversial solicitor, Maurice Ampaw has stated categorically that the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is a useless alternative to the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He observed that the NDC is not conducting itself in a manner to suggest it is the best alternative to the NPP taking into consideration their failure to condemn the weird activities of the Homeland Study Group.

“Let us take the security of the nation serious. Where it has gotten to, we need to take NDC and NPP out of the whole issue. That is one thing I get pissed about the NDC. What is the opposition saying about the matter?

“You want to take over the country in 2020 and Volta Region is your stronghold but you appear mute because of politics. The opposition has become useless, they are not an alternative before God and Man”, Lawyer Ampaw made this proclamation in a virtual interview with Kumasi-based Otec Fm.

According to the popular Ghanaian solicitor, how will it profit NDC if they win 2020 general elections and their stronghold which the separatist is laying claim to in the name of Western Togoland.

The Homeland Study Group Foundation, few months ago, declared independence for the Volta, and parts of the Northern, North Eastern and Upper East Regions after its meeting held in Ho. But all this while, NDC has not said anything meaningful about the development reason for Lawyer Maurice Ampaw’s outburst.
