I’m Sammy Awuku’s biggest threat – Anita Desooso

The National Vice Chairperson of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) says she is the only one who can neutralize the National Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Samuel Awuku.

Madam Anita Desooso said with her exceptional organisational skills and proven track record as an astute politician, the NDC will have the upper hand when it comes to campaign strategies in the 2020 elections.

She made the comment on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme Friday when explaining why she is vying for the National Organizer position of the NDC.

Madam Desooso faces stiff competition from former National Organizer, Yaw Boateng Gyan and former Member of Parliament for Akwatia, Baba Jamal.

The competition will even be keener if the incumbent, Kofi Adams also decides to join the race.

But Anita Desooso on Ekosii Sen claimed her decision to contest has sent shivers down the spin of the men vying for the same position.

“All my competitors are shaking because they know what I can do. I have a proven track record and the party grassroots know what I can do” she stated.

The former National Women’s Organizer said the NDC is at a crossroads and needs strong people to meet the NPP’s executives boot-for-boot.

Singling out Sammy Awuku as her key target, Anita Desooso said he will not be able to executive his communist inferior tactics in 2020 if elected National Organizer.
