ASP Tengey told Accra News’ Agyin Barima on the mid-day news on Tuesday, 4 December 2018 that: “Daniel Alabi was arrested and was arraigned yesterday, Monday, 3 December. We are on a manhunt for the rest who attacked the church.”

The land guards, numbering about 30, stormed the premises of the church around 8:30 am and ransacked the whole place.

One of the church members, Selorm Hayford, told ClassFMonline.com that the land guards are claiming the 2-plot property on which the church is situated, belongs to an NDC politician who once contested the Krowor parliamentary seat.

The marauding land guards vandalized all structures on the property including cars.

In the violence, the land guards inflicted wounds on the Head pastor Prophet Ebenezer Arthur, as well as his Assistant pastor and three others.

The injured pastor and church members were admitted to the Dampong Hospital on the Spintex Road for medical treatment.
