This is the best contribution to the discussion. the catlogue of the bad and lawless deeds have no cheks frpm the enforcement agencies, from the tamale hospital issue throught the invsion of the kumasi high court to free accoplices standing trial to FDA catching companies changing expiry dates. one these things go unchecked they will continue until the majoruty assimilate the culture as acceptable.
