Re: YOU ARE VERY WRONG.

You see, your selfishness is amazing? So from your argument, if state money is used to sponsor an individual abroad and the person gets job elsewhere and decided not to serve their community, that is alright. Again if stated resources are used to train doctors and they flee abroad in search greener pastures that is also normal. Look, the first beneficiary of education are those who invested in them, that is, the people in the communities must receive the reward of their investment by seeing quantum leap in development. You claim the bitumen is under the control of the Federal government but fell short of telling us the cocoa is under the direct control of the state government. You see, if education is as good as you claim it to be, these graduates and professors should have increased cocoa yields in these states, produced more products from the golden pod and colonized the cocoa industry across Africa with their huge number of professors but nay they were eager to reap where they have never sown. That is the selfishness you are trying to portray, abi?
