    If there is any issue with the Chinese and Syrians in Ghana the deputy Minister must deal with it. He should not insult Diasporans for that.

    Apologizing is okay but the guy should be fired to serve as a notice to those who will follow suit. Getting a political position should not pushed one to act silly like this "four-legged" swine.

    I have just listened to the speech and indeed he sounded more than arrogant.
