He claimed corruption increased to insane levels under John Mahama and accused them of departing from the values of probity and accountability which formed the basis under which the party was formed. According to him, it was mainly because of the corruption that the NDC lost power to the governing New Patriotic Party.

Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. After all the noise and talk talk over the Special Prosecutor the Prez is telling Ghanaians that it will be ready in six months meaning ONE YEAR after coming into office. this is unacceptable. Nana Addo was elected to hit the ground running so I am disappointed with this lame excuse that legislation must be put in place. The thieves are running away even the cars are being returned to the thieves. The Prez as a legal luminary should have constituted a Team to prepare the legal backing notes so that Parliament deals with it at the first sitting. Some delays are dangerous (credit -Daddy Lumba). Well may be NPP too are preparing to LOOT like NDC and I think if it happens under Nana Addo, the Military will step in and clean the mess ala June 4 style. I hope somebody will tell the Prez that he was voted into Power to deal with corruption whether imaginary or real. For now I am disappointed in President Akufo-Addo and hope will not be called Baba Go Slow! I wish him God's inspired wisdom to lead the Country.
