Im just hoping n praying that this untimely, unfortunate, criminal and diabolic murder of capt mahama, post humously promoted to major, will mark the beginning of the end of instant/mob justice in ghana..usually, even non-armed robbers, or petty thieves are lynched to death..thats not justice..thats murder..and IT MUST STOP..this uncouth behaviour is not only a ghana thing..it happens in most african countries..another type of lynching is called 'necklace' where they place a tire on your neck/body and set u on fire..thats barbaric...all im saying n suggesting is that THIS MUST STOP..i will also add that the police, when they arrest alleged criminals or suspects they should make sure they are prosecuted fully and punished accordingly because it is the notion that when they (the people) send the alleged criminals to the police, they are released without punishment..in addition the govt must enact a law, Major Mahama Law, to make mob justice illegal in Ghana
