No, it is not tedious, but rather complex. The issues being discussed are complex issues. If you understand them, you'd know that they were succinctly addressed. As President of the Foreign Students Union of Trondheim (FSUT) in the mid '80s, I worked extensively on the "godkjenning", i.e., approval, of foreign degrees in Norway. It was a dicey issue which touch Norwegians who studied abroad too. Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Yale? Their and ours first degrees, if 3 years, were not being recognised as sufficient to start the Norwegian second degree, "hovedfag" or MPhil of two years (24 months).
Good qs though: who is listening?
None was listening in the gracefully outgone NDC maladministration. That Education Minister woman was simply hopelessly useless! Are we supposed to believe and accept that the current Minister and the Akufo-Addo administration will continue with the general lawlessness and normlessness in the country, despite the initial bust of such lawlessness on the part of their foot soldiers and some party officials? Well, if they have ears and eyes and are wise, they better listen.

I am unsure if the Education Minister, the Gentleman Opoku Prempeh aka Napo will even read such stupid letter from the attention seeking Trokosi Ewes that is not closed. Who do they think they are?
