Nowhere in president Trump's speech did he state that he is going to "deport all illegal aliens". He was specific on "criminals, drug dealers, gangs". We shouldn't put words into his mouth because he knows the US is a country of immigrants and will always welcome immigrants but the right things must be done.
No civilized nation will protect violent criminals illegal immigrants, gangs and drug dealers. Recently, an Ecuadorean illegal immigrant killed someone in the US and being sought, he fled to his country till he was apprehended and brought back to the US for trial. These are the people Trump is talking about.
People should not panic because Trump is not going to deport all illegal immigrants.

Even if you have a visa don't get comfortable. It was poor and lower middle class whites, most of whom hate blacks, who put him in office. They don't care for non white foreigners especially blacks. What people do is their business but they would be wise to wait a while and see what he will do. He lies and he's unpredictable. Forewarned is forearmed.

Most of our Ghanain people are really lazy. I was in Ghana last October bought 10 pieces of cloth gave it to a seamstress who is Lways asking me for free money to sow for me. She took part of the money as advance but she didn't see the clothes. Anytime l visit her shop her apprentice will tell you she has gone to funeral, the next she is gone party or naming ceremony. Later l was pissed off and let the clothes with her and came back to Canada. How can you rely on these people. But in the western world even if it 2 hrs to the time of the function you can just walk to the mall a pick a beautiful dress without. If we don't change our attitude we will continue wallowing in poverty.
