Left to notorious NDC alone, thief Woyome will never pay the money. I am praying that a different party will win the presidential elections to retrieve Ghana's money for Ghanaians.
A thief like Woyome, who knows no shame. Ethics and morals are very low under this notorious NDC administration. They will plunge Ghana down hills if these thieves remain in power.
Paying the C51.9 Million back to Ghana government is not a worry of this thief called Woyome. He knows all NDC officials, and they have stolen bigger than Woyome. Woyome could be a whistle blower if NDC government force him to pay just C51.9 Million. It is up to Ghanaians if we will allow this thief to continue bragging of stealing and looting Ghana's coffers.

Paul Adofo and his illusions... The Supreme Court of Ghana ruled that the state had a contract with Mr. Alfred Agbeshi Woyome but the contract was not ratified by parliament. It should be noted that a contract not ratified by parliament still remains a contract thus parliament should be called to do its duty of ratifying the contract between the state and Woyome.
When I hand over a thing to you and you refused to deliver it to the person whom it is meant for it is not my fault that you as the convey for the item did not let it get to the appropriate authority. For instance a tax payer pays is tax to the tax authorities, but when the tax authorities refuse to pay the same to the Ministry of Finance the tax payer can not be held responsible for not paying his tax and defrauding the state.
Parliament must be called immediately to ratify the agreement between the state and Mr. Alfred Agbeshi Woyome because he should not suffer due to the inaction of another person. For instance when a drug company delivered a drug for the cure of a patent and the doctor refused to use the drug for the cure and the person dead the drug company can not be held responsible for the death of the patent.
