By remission of Muntie 3, Mahama is choosing the lesser of two evils.
Mahama reckons it'll be very disastrous for the Montie 3 to serve their full term until January and at the same time lose the elections.
To release them and lose the elections seem better evil to NDC/ Mahama.
On the other hand, if the remission results in Mahama win then it is a double win.
The remission is therefore political convenience.

It is their mishandling of the GIHOC case that lead to the killing including major Acquah who was the director of personnel of GIHOC at the time. The court or the judges upheld the sacking of all GIHOC staff when they embarked on demonstration.

And as you have rightly said, "Sir John and Hopeson Adorye were each fined GHC5, 000 upon all the remorse they showed prostrating to the judges" on quote. But both were not fined and at the same time put in prison. The Montie 3 also showed remorse as the former two yet prison terms and fine were slapped at them, the MOntie 3. Adofo, did you ever hear anyone asking for total annihilation of the Ewes, Gas, etc? What was done to him? Are those tribes not equally important? You and others like you should stop shouting this nonsense through the roof-top and stop pretending to be holier than all other people. The Supreme Court Judges acted according to the Constitution, if not beyond as they became the complainant, the prosecuter, the jury and the judge. Even Judge Gloria Akuffo bragged that the President cannot even interfer with their activities. The President acted according to provision in the same Constitution. So what sayest thou, Adofo? Don't be clueless.
