There is a growing consensus that the age-old question posed to children: "what would you like to become when you grow up?" ought to be replaced with:
"What problem would you like to solve someday?".

Going to university to do what? A degree to gain membership of Association of Unemployed Graduates. We should begin to teach entrepreurship from primary schools through to universities. This would enable these children to consider self-employment as a viable career option rather than wanting to be pen pushers.
Remember many of the world known and successful business people do not have even A level.
