His statements always seek to undermine the NPP tradition and project whoever is opposed to that tradition. But while he is free to to support anything of his choice, I believe the ethics of his profession require that he show a minimum level of objectivity. He has a conscience; let him go on destroying others.
Then, this myth of NPP being Akan and bomb throwers! Ask those who are a little elderly: why was a particular brand knife - the Okapi knife - known in Ghana as 'okum Baffoe'? who was Baffoe and who killed him? CPP was violent, the UP was violent! Even now, the hatred which feeds the myths is not going down but growing. It is so much that it has destroyed the CPP itself. Their greed led their remnants who had organised and won power in 1979 team up with Rawlings and Tsikata to overthrow their own government led by President Limann. Later, Mr 'Gaping Sycophants" Kwaku Boateng led the resurrected CPP under NCP like sheep back to the pen of the NDC.
Ghanaians love lies, they relish mediocrity, when their greed is awakened they are prepared to sell their soul for one pesewa. They hate the genuinely successful and applaud frauds. It is sad but that is the truth, at least, from what I have observed in my short life-time.
