    For argument's sake, if that number of politicians, let's say 10000, are responsible for 20% of corruption, that leaves over 20 million Ghanaians being responsible for the remaining 80%! And you call that only? Your choice of ...

    Fact is that corruption irrespective of its level,. Is not recommended for any system.
    No point indicating percentages of this canker in the system.
