    Thank God he lives in Ghana and in the Greater Accra Region . In Togo or in the other region in Ghana where poverty is considered a virtue, he would have been dead.

    Bear in mind that he is not legally obliged to look after them.He performed his moral duty very well.His sister had no right to sublet the property without his consent.That is what drove him bonkers!
