Well written. But the bias is obviously on the ministers. That could be true some times . The truth of the matter in Upper East Region is that the indigenes rathe meddle with the affairs of the minister. I don't like this minister and I don't like this. If you give the chance and space for the ministers to work then the region will develope. Upper East is a small region and any level and incorruptible with empathy to the people can work there. Please accept any such persons and move forward.
