You have not been truthful to yourself. Stop deluding yourself! How do you know it is God's Plan that Akufo-Addo becomes Ghana's President?
You are perching too close to cult-illusion. The only reason why Akufo-Addo has been persistently seeking for the Presidency is believed to be because his own Father gave up on him. He is therefore hell-bent to prove his Father wrong.
But if the Father did ever have any good reasons to have done so, it would be more like a curse on Akufo-Addo than anything else. And God would not betray the good judgment of his Father to give Akufo-Addo victory in the Elections for him to claim any triumph over his Father.
He may have to spend a whole lot more time back at the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem to atone for his Father's displeasure with him.
Meanwhile, he comes back from the Wailing Wall and still adheres to his "Yen Akanfo de.. 'All die be die' " and condones violence by his thuggish supporters...the Presidency is way too far from him. And I strongly believe his being Ghana's President is never part of God's Plan for him. It would be just too ironic for God of all Humanity to bless such a divisive bigot to become Ghana's President.

Dr. Amin Alhassan should be lying low in Ghana instead of rearing his ugly head at FM stations and dabbling in matters he has no clue of. Why? He was an assistant professor at a Canadian university and was accused by a 20-year old student in his class of rape. The police investigated and concluded the sex to be consentual. However, his action was against the code of conduct of the university and he decided to resign before he could be sacked. This is a man who is at least 50 years old, married with 2 children and having sex with a 20-year old student.
He returned to Ghana and got a job at UDS as a lecturer. But I don't think he disclosed to the school why he left the Canadian university. He left a $110,000 a year job for GHc25,000 a year and is always quick to point out to people that he is a patriot for making that sacrifice without actually telling them the real story.
To all the readers out there, disregard that so-called professor Amin Alhassan. His expertise when he was in Canada was lying and incessant gossip. He also had very poor hygiene. No wonder God paid him back with his own coin.

I'm convinced that Nana is the most qualified among all those seeking to be President of Ghana and he will serve this nation much better than anybody else will should the people allow him to become our next President. I'm also aware of the covert and overt wicked maneuverings going on by interest groups both within the NPP and without to scuttle and bring to a screeching halt Nana's Presidential ambitions.
But in all this wickedness, please, let's keep God out of our dirty earthly business. He is watching every movement and listening to every conversation but God has already given men the agency or freedom to choose between good and evil and the responsibility for the choices made. He does not impose his will on any man let alone an entire nation. In typical ghanaian dictum is the claim by some that Millls and Mahama were men chosen of God. If that is true then God must be responsible for their mis-rule.
God gave the new Israelite nation Judges to rule with righteousness over the people but they rebelled and rejected this plan. Instead, they opted to have kings rule over them as it pertained in the neighboring gentile states.
Politics is man's invention. Like Rawlings rightly said a little while ago, we vote for and get the government we deserve. We proclaim Ghana as an over-whelmingly Christian nation but like it's said, "talk is cheap". If the proclamation was reflective of our behavior then God will be our Ruler and in seeking for a president we'd seek His wisdom and counsel regarding the issue. God will allow us once again in 2016 to have the president we desire. We chose President John Dramani Mahama via the ballot box and was confirmed by the Supreme Court ruling of 2013. He's the people's choice, not God's . If he was God's choice we'd have no need to complain and if we do complain then it's a complaint against God. The people's choice remains the people's choice and if he happens to be God-fearing then he receives Godly wisdom and the nation is blessed. Please let's keep God out of our mundane dirty business for He's not the author of confusion and chaos.Those are borne out of the abundance of our hearts.

The problem in the NPP is due mainly to Akufo-Addo's desire to become the President at all cost. His desperate desire to take absolute control of the party before the delegates conference to elect the flagebearer is not going down well with some people in the party.
Why is Akufo-Addo trying to hijack the party? Why won't he allow the other contestants for the flagbearership to be heard? He should exercise patience so that if at the end of the conference he is elected the flagbearer he can do whatever he likes with the party.
And Adofo, be reminded that GOD has no plan to redeem Ghana through Addo-Addo whose desire is to become a president at all cost even at his advance age.
