This is a senseless piece of a write up. It is poorly argued the political parties that joined together to form the United Party is the historical antecedent to the NPP. The Danquah Busia Dombo union. The Anlo Youth, The Togoland Congress and the Ga Shifimokpee of which Obetsebi Lamptey were part all became the United Party later Progress Party. So if the Now Volta region formerly represented by the Togoland Party is to find their true political heritage and home , it is with NPP and not NDC. The people of Togoland Congress or Volta Region migrated from its roots of the UP to join the National Alliance of Labour under KA Gwedema and form alliance with PNDC largely due to JJ Rawlings and Kofi Awoonor. So for purposes of history know that historical events does not support your position Hardi do your research well.

I thought NAL stood for National Alliance of Liberals, not Labour, and the founders name was Komla Gbedemah, and not Gwedema. It is an insult to misspell people's names.

Instead of you condemning the corruption in the SADA project which was to benefit your own people better their lives. You are wasting your time criticising the NPP. Your folks will live in poverty till eternity.

My brother Ibrahim, if all of your people are like some of you, these Bonobos would have been sent into the bush long ago. You were not alone. When I first heard such stupid statements from Apraku, the incompetent man who had his Phd in Oregon, In Agric, in the United States. I wonder how long it took them to realise what they are saying now at this material time. This is an insult to the people of the North, giving the fact that, we can not and will not forget what they take the Northerners for over the years. Or perhaps, they have just discoverd what they are singing now as a song. Isn´t this a despearation for power? What is it that the NPP can boast of as being their achievement for the North for all the eight years that they accidentally found themselves in power? If they are sincere with themselves,as reagrds what they are saying, I dare them to nominate a Northener to lead them right away without even going to the congress! We have seen how they misused and dumped so many Northerners, after they have done the dirty jobs for them. Why all of a sudden, the change of the origination of this tribal party from Ashanti to the North? It is always good to have your own with you, no matter what. I urge all Northerners to bullshit them- Ashanti/Akyems and rally behind thier own, president Mahama! I am not a northerner, I wish am one of you, but I will surely vote a northerner,on whichever tickets. Do not allow these people to decieve you! Never have they accepted you as being part of them, and why now! Because they want your votes. Do not give it to them! Have they finished calling you names, and the professions of your fathers! Isn´t it funny and absurd!
