First, you write well, but the structural relevance of the essay is vry weak! Whatever you claim Komla Dumor did should have appeared in the first paragraph. That is what readers were looking for because of the title.
Second, there were other media outlets that covered your story So don't give the impression that Dumor and the Dogbe were the ones that gave the Junior doctors the platform to speak to the problems outlined. That is pure Nyebrolizing. Dumor was good at what he did. But boy oh boy the efforts to canonize him are becoming too clear. Let us celebrate his life without exaggerating his achievements!

I strongly agree with you, Akadu....perhaps, someone should alert him to the "inverted pyramid" style in journalism where you insert the most important things first in your report. In this instance, Komla is the subject and therefore merited mention in the very first graph.....and oh yes, the hero-worship of Komla is beginning to get out of hand....there are other African reporters working for BBC whose country men and women are equally "crazy" about them....Komla had a golden opportunity and used it to the best of his abilities.....for that we are all grateful....but Komla himself would have rejected all these adulations and carrying ons....
