I still do not see the reason why you believe NPP contesting the election results through a constitutional channel- supreme court, impedes our democratic progress. To me it rather fortifies the legitimacy of the highest court on the land. Democracy as an anti-authoritarian system is going to be tested from time to time, so get ready for more law suits in Ghana.
