Since when did you notice this trend in Ghana?Go to Accra central especially Okaishie and you will see worse things.Ever since Jato Rawlings and his Red Shirts destroyed Makola and the Railway system and made unemployment the order of the day, the average man and woman has taking to buy and sell. The worst is the child selling dog chains to survive. Man must live so as far as the NDC and NPP continue to milk mother Ghana dry in the form of huge pays and allowances The poor will continue to survive in any legal form.

They have to locate a place far from the market to place this trash bin. the smell from the bin is horrible. oH my country Ghana. , it smells, while peole are selling food arund it. My questionis? Where/who are the ministers in charge of urban planning. they need to be fired for poor peformance.
