Kwame, the said compensation you are talking about does not come into play here. You don't compensate somebody you did not have contract with.

Woyome was contracted by Watervulle to seek loans on its behalf to complete its contract with Ghana government, therefore Woyome did have a contract with Waterville but not the government, Woyome has even admitted that. How Woyome used a letter given to him as a recommendation by one Mr Manu and then altered it as it being a contract to NDC officials who did not investigate it and paid him this huge amount is beyond reason.

Waterville Lawyer by name Kwame Tetteh even wrote two letters in september and November 2009 to the A-G department telling them that Woyome did not have any contract with the government but with Waterville. According to Lawyers Tetteh, Waterville paid Woyome in 2006 all what it owed him. Woyome is just a fraudster who found an opportunity to dupe the government with collaboration with some NDC officials. This case is not as complicated as the parties involved are making it to be.
