Former Black Stars goalkeepers trainer, Nasaamu Yakubu has been impressed with the performance of the sixteen clubs in the Ghana Premier League this season after eleven round of matches.

The ex-Ho Voradep player is pleased with the kind of competition that has existed among various clubs in the league and says that has made it very difficult to predict the outcome of league games.

Nasaamu Yakubu is not with the opinion that teams playing their home games away from home has had a negative toil on the performance of clubs which he says has even churned out startling results in the league.

“In this few years, it’s one of the best. It’s difficult to predict a game that this club has been winning over that club. That does not make it easy to predict.

“All the teams are doing well. Now they’re playing away from home and it doesn’t really matter where you are playing,” Nasaamu told 442gh.com

“Some results have been surprising like Kotoko going down 3-1 to a new club like Karela, it tells you what it means in the Ghana Premier League.”

Nassamu Yakubu is currently without a club and could be coaching a Premier League side in the Ghana league soon.
