God will take care of you - Pastor consoles KABA’s wife

The Circuit Minister of the Mamprobi Gethsemane Methodist Church, has sent words of consolation to Valentina Ofori Afriyie, widow of the late Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong (KABA) who was buried over the weekend in Accra.

Very Reverend Gordon Kwaku Duah in his sermon on Sunday at a thanksgiving service in memory of the deceased, told Valentina Ofori Afriyie and family members of the late broadcaster to take heart and know that God will take care of their needs as He works in mysterious ways.

“God loves you and he cares for you and so try and console yourself, he knows what he is doing,” he advised.

With Valentina’s eyes fixed on the pulpit and tears streaming down her cheeks, Rev Duah stressed, “Never think you are alone, God is with you and he will see you through these hard times, the Holy Spirit will be your comforter and you and your daughter will never lack.”

Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong died on Saturday November 18, 2017 at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.

Until his demise, he was the host of the mid-afternoon political show “Ekosi sen” on Asempa FM.
