GFA President Kurt Okraku hopes for a great working relationship with British High Commissioner

Newly-elected Ghana Football Association president Kurt ES Okraku is hoping for an excellent working cordiality with British High Commissioner to Ghana Iain Walker.

Walker wished Okraku well following his GFA Presidential election triumph on Friday and urged him to exploit the various avenues to bring Ghana football back on track.

Congratulations @kurtokraku – lots of opportunity to get Ghanaian football back to where it should be. Many challenges too: wishing you the best as you implement your planned changes and improvements within the GFA.” Walker tweeted.

In responds to his tweet, the new GFA boss appreciated his message and desired to have a good working relationship with him.

“Thank you. Looking forward to a fruitful working relationship with you.” Okraku replied.

Kurt Okraku won the GFA elections on Friday after defeating five other candidates including two former Vice President’s George Afriyie and Fred Pappoe.
