Black Starlets Captain Eric Ayiah assures Ghana of AJC trophy

Ghana under-17 captain Eric Ayiah has promised to deliver the Africa Junior Championship for Ghana ahead of Sunday’s grand finale.

The Black starlets beat Niger 6-5 on penalties to progress to the finals and will face Mali who beat Guinea in the other semi finals.

Eric Ayiah has been amazing at the tournament scoring four goals in four games and he says the team is united for one goal which is winning the trophy.

“My team, Black Starlets of Ghana will win on Sunday,” Ayiah promised.

“We have played very well; and I think we have played the best football in the tournament, so we are sure of winning on Sunday,” he added

“We've had a wonderful time playing football and bonded as a group; the support we have had has been amazing. “

The Charity FC attacker will laed his charges as they take on Mali on Sunday at Port Gentil.
