Four out of the 20 victims of the Kintampo Waterfalls Disaster which occurred exactly a week ago have been buried by the bereaved families at separate ceremonies in the Brong Ahafo region.

Sources indicate that whereas one was buried at Kintampo, others were buried at Pumpuatifi and Krabonso all farming communities near Kintampo.

It was a very sad moment for relations as they filed past the mortal remains of the deceased persons laid in state dressed in their school uniforms.

It would be recalled that Twenty (20) persons died and more than 30 left with various degrees of injuries after trees at the waterfalls fell on revelers last Sunday afternoon.

The deceased persons were mostly students from the Wenchi Methodist Senior High School and other students from the University of energy and Natural Resources in Sunyani and holiday makers.
