Sarkodie meets Otumfuo Nana Osei Tutu II

Sarkodie is worshipped by millions of Ghanaian fans worldwide, but yesterday Sarkodie took time to honour Asantehene's request to visit him at the Manhyia Palace.

Sarkodie later took to twitter to share his excitement before meeting members of the royal family plus the Asantehene himself.

"Manhyia Palace with the team to greet Asantehene”, he posted.

Information reaching Ghana Music.com is that Sarkodie was invited since he was pushing Ghanaian music forward in terms of his music and his lifestyle.

Other top chiefs from the Asante land were also in attendance.
