Freema Agyeman stars in Sex And The City prequel The Carrie Dairies!

Ghanaian-born British actress Freema Agyeman has joined the cast of The Carrie Diaries, a prequel to the famous Sex And The City series. Freema is playing the role of Larissa Louughlin, a free spirited young lady.

Staring in The Carrie Diaries will be Freema’s US debut, a move that could shape her career. A talented actress, Freema is well known for her role as Martha Jones in the series “Doctor Who”. She also featured in the Spin-off version Torchwood.

The 34 year-old has also starred in Survivors, Little Dorrit, and Law & Order among other productions.
