Stacy Amewoyi is all out for women empowerment

One of Ghana’s finest philanthropist, Stacy M. Amewoyi; a woman of true self-esteem and dignity, although gone through some harsh phases of life but to able to overcome them is all out for the empowerment of the African woman.

According to her, the African woman is one who dares to make a difference through hard work and strong will.

She indicated, with the ability to dare oneself as a woman, the best of all impossibilities could turn to possibilities.

Stacy believes women have the 'can do' spirit irrespective of one’s beginning. She continued, “we should rise, and stop being our own enemies.

The fact that one has attained a certain position, more beautiful or landed the hottest man, shouldn’t create in us envy whatsoever because each soul has its own time of hitting the jackpot.

Women should always look forward to work the extra mile to reaching the desired goals. We should stop the complaining, strive harder and prove to the world that women could also make a difference.

We are the role models to our daughters to look up to, therefore we should leave no lose ends so to make them proud.”

Stacy as well admonished women to be one another’s keeper in making sure if the other is going through hell of a relationship, marriage or work, all resources would come together in helping out the victim rather than watch them perish in the situation because, what goes around comes back around. She added, the African woman shouldn’t settle for less no matter the circumstance as she wraps around the clothe of dignity together with purpose.

“The great women we know that have made it and we look up to; there is the need to have more of such women, no matter the size, height, age or background; let’s all team up in making our society, community, religion, tribes and the country as a whole a better place. No matter our differences, one thing bonds us all; and that is we being women. If this practice should begin, we will minimize women maltreatment, face the world, and also transform men for the better”. Stacy advised.

Stacy Amewoyi is into charity and has her own foundation; the Stacy Foundation where she’s seen a lot through the Anaya Education Complex, to undergo short courses in hair dos, facial make up and pedicure at a free rate.

She has as well donated and provided free health screenings, to places mostly in Accra and a few in other regions of Ghana.
