Multiple dating is not a sin if you avoid intimacy – Pastor clarifies

Dating multiple people becomes a sin once it becomes intimate Dating multiple people becomes a sin once it becomes intimate

Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Knowledge Tree International and Precision Hub International, and Pastor at Royal House Chapel, Ps. Mrs. Aretha Mensah-Attipoe, has shared the one condition under which it is not wrong to practice multiple dating.

Before going deep into this, she defined dating as when two people like each other and come together because they want to be together and in the future, have an intimate relationship that will lead to marriage.

She noted that with dating, there is no attachment and once people understand this, then they can have the conversation of whether they are allowed to date multiple partners simultaneously. She said this during an interview on eTV Ghana’s Girl Vibes show.

“Taking it from the Christian perspective, if you are dating multiple men and there is no intimate attachment or intimate relationship, then, I would say it is okay. Dating is supposed to be a casual relationship so when it gets to intimacy, then you're now in a relationship”, she said.

Ps. Mrs. Mensah-Attipoe advised that once two people who are dating get intimate, then it means they are now in a relationship and at that point, it becomes a sin if either of them dates someone else.
