The Chief Executive of Erata Motors, Eddie Kusi Ankoma, has denied rumours making rounds that the late Asempa FM broadcaster Kwadwo Asare-Baffour Acheampong (KABA) owes him $10, 000.

A senior presenter of Multimedia Group Limited and a colleague of KABA, Captain Smart, has incurred the wrath of the media fraternity having gone public with KABA’s alleged debt. He is reported to have stated that the late presenter of the popular political afternoon show Ekosii Sen was owing Erata a whopping amount of $10,000 for a car he bought.

Smart added the owner of Erata has confided in him that he was not interested in taking the money following KABA’s death.

However, speaking to Starrfmonline.com, the CEO of Erata Motors Ankoma said there is no iota of truth in Smart’s assertions.

Ankoma was emphatic that KABA has paid for the car he bought from his outfit while alive and has never been in their bad books. He expressed shock over the allegation, insisting KABA was a good customer.

KABA died in the early hours of Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital. A memorial service was held at the premises of Multimedia at Kokomlemle Monday in honour of him.

He left behind a wife and a daughter.
