Here's what Ghanaians said ahead of Akufo-Addo's 8th address

Expectations were high as usual, ahead of the president's address to the nation on measures taken to combat Coronavirus in the country.

Ghanaians were expecting President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in 'their homes' for the eighth (8th) time since he began his addresses after the country's first two confirmed cases of COVID-19.

It was also the first (1st) address after President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo lifted the partial lockdown directive which affected some parts of the country.

Ahead of the address which was slated for 8:00 pm though, some Ghanaians took to social media to pen down their expectations. It was a mix—bag of views and expressions. Whilst some were looking forward to a lift of the ban on schools' closure, others were suggesting a total lockdown.
