The late Ebony Reigns The late Ebony Reigns

Late sensational Dance hall songstress Ebony Reigns will be buried today following a well-attended tribute concert held last night at the International Trade Fair Center in her honour.

Her funeral will be held at the forecourt of the State House today.

Ebony, despite her short stint on earth manage to leave her footprints in the sands of time with hit songs that continue to play louder than ever even as she was no more, leaving Ghanaians dancing to her Maame Hwe hit song dedicated to the fight against domestic violence againt women; or Kupe that narrates the ordeal of a man who cant stay true to his love as the one fights to prove herself to him, or yet more, her song Sponsor, that spoke to the reality of the life some ladies today live which Ebony Reigns sang about or Aseda, a song Ebony dedicated to God in appreciation of for how He lifted her from her rags to Grace unbound, and to her death, which only He knew was coming.

As Ghanaians mourn today, MYNEWSGH.com can be sure it will be a celebration of Ebony’s life than a mourning of her death because it is impossible to live and love and be real the way Ebony was and be mourned, rather than celebrated for banging tunes from Poison, to Aseda, to to Kupe to Maame Hwe and Date ur Fada.

You may want to remind us about omission of Sponsor or Konkonsa Police or Dancefloor. That’s Ebony Reigns.
