As part of efforts at promoting healthy living in the country and the urge to help Ghanaians stay younger through sports, Happy Man Bitters is organizing the Happy Man Bitters Independence Day Fun games.
Scheduled to take place at the El Wak sports stadium on March 6, the event is expected to bring together people from all walks of life including movie actors and actresses, old and current football stars and the media.
According to Board Chairman of Charger Limited, Emmanuel Bortey Borketey, the event, being part of activities to commemorate Ghana’s Independence will not only serve as a period for relaxation for these individuals but an avenue for networking.
He indicated that Charger Limited; producers of Happy Man Bitters believe that a healthy human resource is the wealth of a nation and therefore will in the future organize similar programmes.
On the day, there will be a competitive football match between the Ghanaian media football team and Happy Man Bitters.
However, the center of attraction will be the match between Actors and Ghana Black Stars 1992 team that represented Ghana in Senegal which includes Anthony Yeboah, Abedi Pele, Kwasi Appiah, Yaw Preko, Mohammed Gargo.
Although not football talents, the actors including Lil Win and Akrobeto who are poised for action have vowed to beat the 92 team.
