By all means, publish his views, but quit referring to him as a US-based law professor. He took a night school course in law, but he is not a law professor.
Please refer to him appropriately as the accounting lecturer he is. There is little justification to fabricate an identity for him that he doesn't have.
Accounting is an honorable profession, and I am sure Asare is proud of his accomplishments in that. It rubs some of us the wrong way with this naked attempt to construct a new identity for him that doesn't exist in reality. It's starting to look as Asare is complicit in this attempt to deceive Ghanaians. In this regard I would advise Asare himself to clear the air, repudiate this fraudulent attempt to build him into what he is not.
Accounting is a legitimate and honorable profession. Asare should proudly own his true identity as an accounting professor.

Some of the so-called errors on the nomination forms are not merely clerical errors such as forgetting to sign or date the forms -- most were actually fraudulent and tantamount to forgery etc. There is never an opportunity for such to be "corrected". I think EC is right in referring those to the police and attorney-general for possible prosecution.
And of course nomination fees were pending because of Nduom’s court injunction application until October 10, but the deadline to submit nomination forms was September 30 (some candidates would have submitted earlier). So between September 30th and October 10th, 5 days would have been reasonable amount of time for non-criminal errors to be corrected. The EC says it gave opportunity for corrections within this period.

It's reasonable, practical and sensible that the EC vetted the forms after the deadline of Sep 30, and notified affected nominees of issues "a few days" after Sep 30. No need to have waited for fees to be paid before starting the vetting -- fees don't get vetted, it's the contents of nomination forms that get vetted.

-Had the National Election Register been well purged as ordered by the Legal Court System all these duplication of names would have been rectified
-The EC has a duty to establish/weed/prune out such names of suspects carrying out the double registrations in the National Election Register.
-Duplication of names in Ghana is very common as John SMITH in the UK.
- Hence the EC can not rely on the fact that only one person is making duplication and registration of names in different Polling centres
-Is it really POSSIBLE and ACHIEVABLE
How can one person who has made double registration in two different areas: Central Region, and Northern Region carry out voting in one day at these two different places. And for what measure of gain is this worth?
Please Maame Charlotte, try and put as much names of the disqualified presidential candidates back on the Election Presidential list until the legal Courts has found individuals guilty of their action.
