Good. In July of 2015. it was discovered that I got type 2 diabetes, By the end of the July month. I was given a prescription for the Metformin, I stated with the ADA diet and followed it completely for several weeks but was unable to get my blood sugar below 140, Without results to how for my hard work. I really panicked and called my doctor. His response?? Deal with it yourself, I started to feel that something wasn’t right and do my own research, Then I found Lisa’s great blog (google " HOW I FREED MYSELF FROM THE DIABETES " ) .. I read it from cover to cover and I started with the diet and by the next morning. my blood sugar was 100, Since then. I get a fasting reading between the mid 70s and 80s, My doctor was very surprised at the results that. the next week. he took me off the Metformin drug, I lost 30 pounds in my first month and lost more than 6 inches off my waist and I’m able to work out twice a day while still having lots of energy. The truth is that we can get off the drugs and help myself by trying natural methods..

Mr. Mahama and his looting brigade are not interested in priorities that would ease the suffering of Ghanaians and hate bottom up projects. They are only interested in prestigious projects for the enjoyment of few ruling elites regardless of whether the inflated projects are priorities and value for money or not. I wonder how they would account for all the billions they borrowed to land this country in another HIPIC and bankruptcy. Did the insensitive NDC government think, despite their massive corruption, they could borrow recklessly and spend their way foolishly into another mandate in 2016, while the nation is over burdened with HIPC and workers wallowing in hunger and are over taxed?
Governance under the NDC is all about 'opium of the people. They enjoy everything under the sun but ask us to wait for our basic needs in heaven. And as they ask us to tighten our belts for future betterment, they've already loosened theirs long ago for immediate consumption. They didn't even respect our intelligence when they said there would be paradise in Ghana if we gave them another mandate after the elections. The truth is that, everything they promise is a mirage and we will never find comfort under them because; they are con-men with con plans.
