Arab Spring looms in Ghana if... – Mahama


We are in a wiser position now because we can see the result of the sovcalled Arab Spring. This is because, the Arab Spring has only brought confusion and chaos to the Arab countries - it has failed miserably to bring the relief they sought. Presently, the Arabs conribute the highest proportion of the world's refugees. Clearly, an Arab Spring cannot bring anything better than what we presently have.
Democracy based on the rule of law is not perfect because of the imperfect human beings who practise it but it is the best form of governance system on this earth. Democracy is peaceful and it is far better than chaos where everybody can take the law into his hands.
It's unfortunate an aspiring president does not know the uselessness of an Arab Spring.
