He Wants To Be President?
A man who forgets to take his ID card along during presidential elections wants to become the president of Ghana? They should not have allowed him to vote at all!!

He did it on purpose
I think he did it on purpose so his name gets on the news, even just as it is a news item now.

Interesting
i think he wanted to find out if anyone would recognize him. he has demonstrated that Ghanaian rules only work for some people...i mean i would probably have been thrown out if i tried to vote without an ID.
