Editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide newspaper, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako Jnr., is not comfortable with some aspects of government's White Paper issued on the Emile Short Commission Report.

Government, in its White Paper, rejected the commission's proposal to prosecute the National Security operative who slapped the Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram constituency, Sam George during the Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election.

It would be recalled that the three-member Short Commission which investigated the violence that was recorded in some polling centres on that day, recommended that the said operative, Mohammed Sulemana, must be prosecuted; but government disagreed.

Speaking to this during a panel discussion on Wednesday's edition of Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo', Kweku Baako said "I am not comfortable with that particular aspect of the white paper; on the provocation. I wish government would have allowed the process to flow…I have a problem with that; I am very uncomfortable with it and I wish it hadn’t happened".
